A strong 60 minute yoga flow in a heated space for intermediate to advanced yogis. From dynamic movements to free flowing sets, this class is designed to inspire the spirit, strengthen the body, and burn away the unwanted from the mind. Class sequence determined by the instructor.Suggested for intermediate and advanced yogis.
A 30 minute power packed yoga flow followed by a 25 minute slow-paced, releasing hold practice designed to release tension in the connective tissues and invite the joints to recover, loosen, and return to joyful function. Completed with a resting meditation.
Whether the body is stiff from static stress of an everyday work or overextended from physical exertions, this 60 minute grounded yoga release is designed to support and revitalize the body's healthy integrity.
